Last updated: 22 October 2026
1. Introduction
Welcome to NNOURA.
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and the purchase of products through our online store.
By placing an order with NNOURA, you enter into a purchase agreement with the legal business operating under the NNOURA brand.
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights provided under applicable law.

3. Our Products
NNOURA offers a curated selection of interior pieces, including handcrafted Moroccan rugs, lighting and decorative accessories.
Many of our products are handmade using traditional techniques and natural materials.
As a result, individual pieces may feature subtle variations in colour, texture, dimensions, weaving patterns and finishing.
These characteristics can reflect the artisanal nature of the product and are not necessarily manufacturing defects.
We aim to represent every product accurately through detailed descriptions, measurements and photography.
However, the appearance of colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings and lighting conditions.
Product descriptions and photographs do not limit your statutory rights if an item does not conform to the purchase agreement.
4. Product Availability
Some NNOURA pieces are unique or available in limited quantities.
Products are subject to availability.
Adding an item to your shopping cart does not reserve the product.
If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.
Where we cannot fulfil an order, we will offer an appropriate alternative or refund the affected purchase.
Any alternative product will only be supplied with your agreement.
5. Prices and Payments
All consumer prices displayed on our website are in euros (€) and include applicable VAT, unless clearly stated otherwise.
Delivery charges and any other applicable additional costs will be communicated before an order is finalised.
Payment methods available to customers will be displayed during checkout.
Orders must be paid using an accepted payment method in accordance with the payment instructions provided.
Where payment is processed by a third-party payment provider, that provider may apply its own security and processing procedures.
NNOURA reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors, subject to applicable consumer law. If an error affects an order, we will contact the customer before proceeding.
6. Orders and Confirmation
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, contact and delivery information.
After placing an order, customers will receive an electronic acknowledgement.
A purchase agreement is concluded in accordance with the information provided during checkout and applicable law.
NNOURA may contact customers if additional information is required to process an order.
If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify the customer and arrange an appropriate refund.
7. Shipping and Delivery
NNOURA aims to deliver every order with care and attention.
Available delivery destinations, shipping charges and estimated delivery times will be communicated during checkout or on the relevant product page.
Unless a different delivery period has been agreed, orders will be delivered within the period required by applicable law.
For consumer purchases, this is generally within 30 days of concluding the contract.
If delivery is delayed, customers will be informed where reasonably possible and retain their statutory rights.
The risk of loss or damage remains with NNOURA until the goods are received by the customer or a person designated by the customer, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Customers are encouraged to inspect their deliveries upon receipt and contact NNOURA if they notice any damage or missing items.
8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Customers purchasing online as consumers generally have a statutory right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their goods, without providing a reason.
For orders containing multiple items delivered separately, the withdrawal period generally begins when the final item is received.
To exercise this right, customers must inform NNOURA of their decision before the withdrawal period expires.
Customers may use the withdrawal form available on our website or communicate their decision through another clear statement.
After notifying NNOURA, customers generally have a further 14 days to return the products.
Return Conditions
Customers may inspect and handle products to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, as they would reasonably be permitted to do in a physical store.
Customers may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for this purpose.
Products should be returned with reasonable care and, where possible, with their original packaging.
The absence of original packaging does not automatically remove statutory withdrawal rights.
Return Shipping Costs
Where customers are responsible for direct return shipping costs, this will be clearly communicated before purchase.
For bulky items, including large rugs, NNOURA will provide any legally required information about estimated return costs before the order is placed.
Refunds
Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, NNOURA will reimburse payments received for the withdrawn products, including standard outbound delivery charges where required by law.
Additional costs resulting from a customer’s choice of a more expensive delivery method are not necessarily refundable.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notification.
Where legally permitted, NNOURA may withhold reimbursement until the returned goods have been received or the customer provides evidence of having sent them back.
Refunds will generally be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Custom-Made Products
Products genuinely manufactured according to a customer’s individual specifications or clearly personalised may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal where the legal requirements are met.
An item is not automatically excluded merely because it is handmade, unique or available as a single piece.
Any applicable exclusion will be clearly communicated before purchase.
9. Handmade Characteristics and Product Care
Our collections celebrate traditional craftsmanship and the individuality of natural materials.
Handwoven rugs may exhibit subtle differences in pile height, fibre structure, weaving tension and pattern alignment.
Natural wool may also shed fibres, particularly during initial use.
These characteristics may be inherent to the materials and production process.
Customers should follow the care recommendations provided with their products.
Whether a particular characteristic constitutes a defect depends on the product description, reasonable customer expectations and applicable consumer law.
10. Legal Guarantee and Product Conformity
NNOURA is committed to supplying products that conform to the purchase agreement.
Consumers are entitled to statutory legal guarantees under applicable law.
If a product is defective, damaged or otherwise does not conform to the agreement, customers may be entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
Customers should contact NNOURA with their order information and a description of the issue.
Where appropriate, photographs may help us assess the situation.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions restricts or replaces statutory guarantee rights.
11. Cancellations
Customers wishing to cancel an order should contact NNOURA as soon as possible.
If an order has not yet been dispatched, we will assess whether it can be cancelled before shipment.
Regardless of shipment status, consumers retain any applicable statutory right of withdrawal.
For custom-made products that lawfully fall outside the statutory withdrawal right, cancellation arrangements will be communicated before purchase.
12. Showroom Visits
NNOURA may offer private showroom visits by appointment.
Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation.
Viewing a product at the showroom does not, by itself, constitute a purchase agreement.
Consumer rights relating to a subsequent purchase depend on how and where the purchase agreement is concluded and the applicable law.
13. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, photography, graphics, branding and original visual materials, is owned by NNOURA or used with the permission of the relevant rights holders, unless otherwise indicated.
Content protected by intellectual property rights may not be reproduced, distributed or commercially exploited without appropriate permission, except where permitted by law.
14. Website Use
Customers agree to use our website lawfully and responsibly.
Users must not intentionally interfere with website security, attempt unauthorised access or use the website for fraudulent purposes.
We may take reasonable measures to protect the security and integrity of our website and services.
15. Liability
NNOURA is responsible for fulfilling its legal and contractual obligations.
We are not responsible for losses arising solely from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or restricts liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted, including mandatory consumer protections.
16. Force Majeure
Circumstances beyond our reasonable control may affect our ability to fulfil certain contractual obligations.
Examples may include serious transport disruptions, natural disasters or other extraordinary events.
Where such circumstances affect an order, NNOURA will communicate with the customer and seek an appropriate solution.
Any rights to terminate the agreement or receive a refund under applicable law remain unaffected.
17. Complaints and Customer Support
We aim to resolve customer concerns fairly, professionally and promptly.
Customers may submit complaints using the contact details listed in Section 2.
Please include the order number, relevant product information and a description of the concern where possible.
We will acknowledge and respond to complaints within a reasonable period and communicate if additional investigation is necessary.
Customers retain the right to pursue available legal remedies or contact competent consumer authorities.
18. Privacy and Personal Information
Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.
For information about how we collect, use and protect personal data, please consult the Privacy Policy available on our website.
Privacy Policy19. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law.
Where a customer qualifies as a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive them of mandatory consumer protections applicable under the law of their country of habitual residence, where those protections apply.
Disputes may be brought before the competent courts in accordance with applicable jurisdiction rules.
20. Changes to These Terms
NNOURA may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes in our operations, services or applicable legislation.
The version applicable to an order is generally the version made available when the purchase agreement was concluded.
Changes will not retroactively remove customers’ existing contractual or statutory rights.
